Founded in 2022 by Chef Nirav Acharya, a culinary craftsman with over 24 years of experience across European kitchens, Zeetallian is more than just a restaurant. It's a dream woven with love, legacy, and purpose. After decades of perfecting his craft at renowned places like Bistrot Pierre and Alecs abroad, Chef Nirav returned to India with a heart full of passion and a vision to create something truly special, not just a place to eat, but a place to belong. Inspired by his two daughters, Zeetallian was born - its name a soft echo of family, its essence rooted in care.
